We are delighted to offer free nationwide delivery across Pakistan on orders exceeding PKR 2,500/-.
Standard Shipping
For orders below PKR 2,500/-, a flat shipping fee of PKR 180/- will be applied.

Lost and Damaged Order
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, which typically happens within 4 hours of placing the order. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you receive the confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Bin Haizen reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages or pricing error.
