- If the product is damaged, faulty, or differs from the image, Bin Haizen will cover the exchange.
- Items can only be exchanged if they are not used, all tags are intact, and packaging is in its original condition.
- If there is no issue from our end, customers must cover both delivery charges for the exchange.
- Exchanges must occur within 3 days of receipt.
